The return periods

Items purchased at ALBERTA can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.

The conditions of return

To make a return, you must:

1.Fill out a return application (which you received upon delivery of the product/or if it is lost, you can download and print it here;

2.Check the presentation and integrity of the returned products and packaging (the presence of labels, tags, packages with a barcode, no traces of wear, stains and other contaminants).

Ways to return the product

1.Via the “Nova Poshta” branch, the address of the Nova Poshta branch for shipment is: Office no. 75, 120 Bolshaya Vasilkovskaya str, Kiev.

2.You can make a refund during the next address courier delivery (Kiev)

3.You can bring the product along with a completed refund application to the ALBERTA store at the address: 114 Bolshaya Vasilkovskaya str, Kiev, (Palats Ukraina metro station)

REFUND METHODS

1.To a bank card if the purchase was paid with a bank card, we will refund the money to it automatically.

2.By postal transfer if the purchase was paid upon receipt by courier or at the Nova Poshta branch, we can return the money to you by postal transfer.

THE TERMS AND PROCEDURE OF REFUND

We are ready to refund your money for the product within 10 business days. If you violate the terms and conditions of return: item is not in original packaging, missing labels, etc., according to the Ukrainian legislation, the product cannot be returned back to us.
